Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 20, 2026
Last Updated: May 20, 2026

NGSA Trust ("the Trust", "we", "us", or "our") operates as a registered non-profit organization dedicated to
uplifting educational campus infrastructure and elevating student morale across under-resourced sectors.
Because our financial resources are systematically budgeted, managed, and deployed immediately upon
receipt into long-term infrastructure construction and student development operations, we enforce a strict
financial regulatory framework regarding incoming donations and investor allocations.

Strict No-Refund Policy Notice:
All charitable contributions, grants, sponsorship funds, and donations processed through this official
website portal, connected payment APIs, UPI endpoints, or direct offline deposits are considered
immediate, absolute, irrevocable, and non-refundable under any normal circumstances.

1. Rationale Behind the No-Refund Mandate
As a highly structured charitable trust, our operational strategy depends on swift asset allocation:
Immediate Contractual Binding: Incoming donations are immediately pooled and assigned to ongoing
physical campus transformations (including classroom modernization, sanitation upgrades, and provision
of digital toolkits). These funds are legally and contractually committed to suppliers and technical service
vendors right away.
Resource Distribution Integrity: Capital assigned toward morale-boosting seminars, educational kits,
and mentorship conclaves is expended in advance layout stages to ensure maximum community
deployment efficiency.

2. Handling Technical Anomalies and Transaction Overflows
While we enforce an unyielding stance on willful donations, we recognize that digital server routing errors can
occur. We provide a limited window strictly for the rectification of objective technical anomalies:
Scope of Eligible Errors: A refund request will only be evaluated if an unintended systemic processing
glitch occurs—such as a dual-deduction for a single transaction or an accidental server timeout that
charges a user's account multiple times for an identical donation token.
Filing Grace Window: The user must report the precise technical failure in writing to our administrative
compliance desk via email at info@ngsatrust.org within exactly 7 business days of the transaction
timestamp.
Mandatory Documentation: To process a technical evaluation, the donor must supply their full name,
contact information, precise transaction timestamp, exact deduction amount, and an attached copy of the

banking transaction reference sheet or payment gateway receipt snapshot. Anonymous or undocumented
claims cannot be validated.

3. Evaluation and Processing Matrix
Once a dispute sheet is filed within the valid window:

Our backend accounting architecture will verify the claim data against our third-party Payment Card
Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliant processing logs within 5 business days.
If a duplicate or unintended systemic charge is successfully verified, the Trust will process a reversal
file.
Approved technical corrections will be wired back exclusively through the original payment route (the
same bank account, debit/credit card, or UPI node used during the transaction). We do not distribute
adjustments via cash or alternative digital profiles to prevent fraudulent re-routing loops.
The timeline for funds to populate back into your local bank statement ranges from 7 to 14
operational days, depending strictly on your local banking network's clearance parameters.

4. Statutory Certification Clearances (Tax Exemptions)
If an objective technical error is verified and a transaction reversal is successfully processed, any automated
donation receipt or tax exemption documentation (such as filings under Section 80G or Certificate of Donation
Form 10BE) issued for that specific transaction reference number will instantly be invalidated, canceled, and
structurally removed from our annual reporting systems. Utilizing an invalidated tax receipt for statutory filings
constitutes a legal infraction under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

5. Acceptance of This Framework
By confirming a transaction on our donation portal, clicking the payment authorization selector, or transferring
capital assets to the NGSA Trust financial nodes, you explicitly declare that you have read, understood, and
willingly accepted this No-Refund Policy in its entirety, waiving any future chargeback claims or legal disputes
on validly executed donations.

6. Support and Inquiry Routing
