browsing, or utilizing this website, you ("User", "Donor", "Investor", or "Visitor") acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our established
Data Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of this platform immediately.


Important Financial Note: All financial contributions, grants, and donations made on this platform are
targeted entirely toward our core missions of upgrading educational campus infrastructure and uplifting
student morale through professional development initiatives.

1. General Use and Eligibility
By using this website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter
into binding agreements under Indian law. The content displayed on this website is provided solely for
informational and trust-building purposes regarding our social welfare milestones.

2. Donation and Financial Instrument Terms
When executing a transaction or contribution on this platform, you agree to the following operational
parameters:
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, current, and complete legal identity and contact
credentials (including your Permanent Account Number where statutory tax regulations demand).
Payment Authority: You affirm that any financial asset, credit card, debit card, UPI channel, or banking
login used for making payments belongs to you or that you have explicit, authorized clearance to execute
transactions with said accounts.
PCI-DSS Gateway Processing: All financial interactions are routed safely through secure, Payment Card
Industry Data Security Standard compliant third-party payment gateway endpoints. NGSA Trust does not
log or store structural credit card parameters or security CVVs on local server infrastructure.

3. Refund and Cancellation Framework
Because donations and investor contributions are immediately assigned and budgeted toward structural
campus transformation contracts and student welfare programs, the following policy applies:
Finality of Transactions: All successful donations made on this website are considered final, nonrefundable,
and non-cancellable under normal operating circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
All digital materials displayed across this website architecture—including text components, photographic
graphics, trust logotypes, user interfaces, layouts, codebase architectures, and media updates—are the
exclusive property of NGSA Trust and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws in India.
Users are strictly prohibited from replicating, modifying, distributing, or republishing website assets for
external commercial use without express, written permission from the Trust’s executive leadership.

5. Prohibited Platform Activities
Users agree to utilize this web workspace exclusively for lawful and constructive purposes. You are strictly
forbidden from engaging in:

Any mechanism or activity that disrupts, compromises, or bypasses the website's protective firewall, cyber-
defense systems, or backend network routing.

6. Limitation of Liability
NGSA Trust makes every effort to keep the website updated, active, and fully secure. However, we do not
guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operations. The Trust, its board of trustees, and its authorized structural
partners will not be held liable for any direct, collateral, or systemic damages arising out of your reliance on
website assets, unexpected payment gateway downtime, or temporary web environment maintenance
windows.


7. Indian Statutory Compliance and Tax Benefits
Donations made through this portal are eligible for tax-exemption relief under applicable regulations of the
Income Tax Act, 1961 (such as Section 80G frameworks). It is the sole statutory responsibility of the donor to
supply an accurate PAN card profile to generate the required Form 10BE filing. NGSA Trust holds no liability
for failed certificate issuances resulting from incomplete or flawed taxpayer parameters submitted at the
checkout console.

8. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are built and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any
legal disputes, claims, or arbitration processes arising out of the use of this website, donation channels, or
Trust protocols will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.


9. Amendments and Updates
NGSA Trust holds the sovereign right to alter, edit, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any
moment without prior explicit notification. Continued utilization of our web assets following a terms patch
serves as your full acceptance of the updated legal framework.
